A new version of the patcher, 6.6.0.1, has been released today, introducing key security enhancements.

Main Changes and Features

• aion.bin Launch Block: The patcher now includes a mechanism that prevents the aion.bin file from launching
  if a process with the same name is already active. This security feature helps avoid situations where multiple game
  instances run simultaneously, which could lead to stability issues.
  
• Window Scaling Lock: A "no resize" lock has been implemented, which prevents the program window
  from being scaled by dragging it to the edges of the screen. This ensures the window maintains a consistent,
  optimal size for the application.
  

Requirements and Installation
This new patcher version requires .NET Framework 4.8 to be installed on your computer
for proper functionality. You must also run the patcher in "Run as administrator" mode,
as it needs the necessary permissions to download and replace files within the game folder.
